Here at Somers Wood we have excellent facilities to ensure that your stay is the best it can be. Fully Serviced Pitches and Standard Pitches all with hardstanding & electric hook-up. Free flowing hot water throughout the shower block with fully adjustable showers to suit you! Hair dryers and shaver points. Enclosed dish wash area complete with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Excellent site, great location
Booked 2 nights here on a fully serviced pitch. The site is in a great location just a 20 minute walk in to Meriden where the Bull’s Head pub allows dogs in to the bar which was great for us. The site is extremely well maintained and very attractive. Great facilities which were clean. The pitches were spacious. Everyone who works there are extremely friendly. A great time had.
Lovely Site
We stayed here for a short break while visiting the Classic car exhibition at the NEC. Perfectly located for NEC easy to find and easy access to NEC. Spotlessly clean showers and toilet block even though weather conditions were against them! Lovely wooded site, very pretty and clean, tidy and peaceful. Would highly recommend…

Just returned from a great weekend at this superb site. Setting and grounds immaculate. Ideal for nec and trip into birmingham city. Located next to a golf course that offers excellent food and drink and make you feel welcome. Will definitely return. Thanks somers wood for a memorable weekend.

About our Park
Somers Wood is a childfree park just for Adults to relax and enjoy our tranquil surroundings. We accommodate touring caravans, motor homes, 5th wheelers, RV’s, folding campers and trailer-tents (Sorry no frame tents).
Meriden village, approx 1 mile, is very friendly with traditional shops that stock most supplies guests are likely to need during their stay. There’s also a fish & chip shop, choice of pubs and restaurants nearby with something for every taste and budget. Indian and Chinese food can be ordered for delivery to the park.
Stonebridge Golf Course is adjacent to the park with a fine 27 hole golf course and 21 bay floodlit driving range.

Packington Somers Coarse Fishery is a few moments walk from the park. Keen anglers will enjoy the choice of well-stocked pools and specimen lakes at this premier Midlands fishing venue. Lakeside car parking available.

AUG 2025 ‘PAY AS YOU GO’ ELECTRIC METERS
Hope you are all having a great summer and have been out and about enjoying some of this fab weather we have been having ☀️
We just wanted to update you, that with effect from 1st October 2025, all our electric hook-ups will be on a metered ‘pay as you go’ system. We will include £2 electric per day in your pitch fee. Anything above that, if you wish to continue to use the electric hook-up, will be payable by yourselves. There will be 2 ways of purchasing additional electric:-
A) Scan the QR code, via your smartphone, on the electric hook-up box that corresponds to the pitch number you are staying on and pay directly on your phone.
OR
B) If you don’t have a smartphone or would prefer to pay by cash anyway? There will be a cash/electric hook-up pay station that takes £1 coins for you to use. It will be located in the laundry/dish washing sinks area, which is the most central point on the park for everyone to use. This area is also accessible 24 hours a day. You can then select the exact pitch you are staying on and hooked up to, pop in the amount of pounds of electric you wish to purchase and voila it will be sent to your meter.

New for 2025 – We are introducing a new loyalty, same season, scheme for our returning guests to Somers Wood. Your first stay of the season with us, no discount will be applied. Any returning stays during the same season, you will need to quote your LOYALTY CODE, at the time of booking, either by phone or online and you will receive a £3 PER NIGHT discount off your pitch fee. Your Loyalty Code will be emailed to you after your first stay with us and will only be valid on stays of 2 nights or more. Does not apply to overnight stays. Applicable only to bookings made direct with Somers Wood Caravan Park on 01676522978 or via www.somerswood.co.uk. Not available to bookings made via any 3rd party websites.
The Loyalty Scheme will renew annually.
