About our Park
Angela and Marc welcome you to Somers Wood Caravan Park on the mature woodlands of the Packington Estate in Meriden, the centre of England. We are an Adult only caravan site, conveniently located for touring Birmingham and visiting the NEC. You can also tour the cathedral City of Coventry, Warwick and its magnificent castle, Stratford-upon-Avon as well as canals, lakes and the surrounding leafy Warwickshire countryside.
Somers Wood is a childfree park just for Adults to relax and enjoy our tranquil surroundings. We accommodate touring caravans, motor homes, 5th wheelers, RV’s folding campers and trailer-tents (Sorry no frame tents).
Meriden village, approx 1 mile, is very friendly with traditional shops that stock most supplies guests are likely to need. There’s also a choice of inns and restaurants nearby with something for every taste and budget. Indian and Chinese food can be ordered for delivery to the park.
Golf
Adjacent to the park is Stonebridge Golf Centre with a fine 27 hole golf course and 21 bay floodlit driving range. The club’s bar and restaurant are open to Somers Wood guests and their four legged friends.

Fishing
Packington Somers Coarse Fishery is a few moments walk from the park. Anglers will rejoice in the choice of well-stocked pools and specimen lakes at this premier Midlands fishing venue.
